Easyrig Canada Return & Warranty Policy


Return Policy


Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, you can return your item to Easyrig Canada within 7 days of receiving the goods.  All returned items must be unopened, unused, and the packaging in the same condition it was sold in.  The product warranty card must not be filled in or activated.  Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Once the product is received, it must be inspected by an Easyrig Canada employee and meet all the return criteria.  If the item does not meet all the return criteria, it will be subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking fee.  

Items that are not included within the return policy would be all used or demo products and special order items. 

A product is deemed special order when it is not a regularly stocked item by Easyrig Canada.

Easyrig Canada reserves the right to change or amend this policy without notice.
